RENTAL AGREEMENT
ADDRESS: 3509 Hutchins Street Unit A Houston, TX 77004
PAYMENTS: Renter must pay for reservation in full upon booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit of $350 is required before taking possession of the property. This deposit will be used should anything be damaged or missing in the home. 24 to 48 hours after check out the property will be inspected by a Kaizer Anthony Living employee. If nothing in the home is damaged or missing the full deposit of $350 will be refunded.
OCCUPANCY: Our home is designed to sleep 8 adults. Guest is not allowed to have more than 8 adults sleep overnight at property.
PETS: Pets are allowed at $100, however owner must be able to maintain control over their pets. Pets must be restrained when outside of property. Pet owners shall be liable for damage caused by their pets. Lastly, owners are responsible for picking up feces.
SMOKING/DRUGS: Smoking inside of property is prohibited. Use of drugs on property is prohibited. Any of these violations can and will result in eviction. Cigarettes are to be smoked outside of property however, do not light out cigarette on any of Kaizer Anthony Living’s property and buds are to be property discarded.
PARTIES: Parties are not allowed on property. Should you need our space for a small get together you must seek approval from a Kaizer Anthony Living employee.
PARKING: Guest is allowed to park in the homes 2 car parking garage. Street Parking is also allowed.
NOTE: Parking on driveway is prohibited.
RESTRICTIONS: Furniture inside the home is not to be rearranged. Door codes and gate codes are not to be given to any one besides guest that Kaizer Anthony Living employee has given codes to.
CHECK OUT: Check out is at 11AM. Prior to guest checking out we ask that you double check for all your personal belonging (please keep in mind that while we’re happy to ship lost & found items back to you at your expense, a $25 USD processing fee will apply. Please start dishwasher before vacating property, if you have time to start a load of laundry that would be greatly appreciated, help us save energy by making sure all light are turned off. Lastly please leave garage and gate remote on top of the kitchen counter.
